On Monday I interviewed Dr Gabrielle Francis which was great, but what made the experience even more impactful was that I got a call from a Mike, in Cleveland, Ohio, who asked my guest to do something rather specific for him! After we declined, and cut him off, we were both laughing rather hysterically! ( My coach calls it ‘and yes’ syndrome! That I just accept and see the positive side! ) Well it was fun, and now the seal has been broken, my first crank caller has called! If you want a laugh, or to hear the lovely and knowledgeable holistic practitioner Dr Gabrielle Francis chat with me, go to www.blogtalkradio.com/KeystoClarity-coach

I just completed the first call with The Journey on what will be 8 daily calls to support 1800 of us around the world to follow their physical and emotional cleanse! I am a big fan of The Journey as they are doing amazing work world-wide, and am thrilled to have the opportunity to glean their knowledge and support every day for the next 8 days. And its FREE!
Tonight (the first call) was given by Skip Lackey who leads the organisation in North America. We were given a wonderful physical cleanse to follow and he did a lovely inspirational meditation with us. Each night is led by different members of the organisation who bring uniques skills and love to the calls, I am really looking forward to each one of them.
As the calls are recorded, it is not too late to join, and catch up. As I mentioned it is free, so the value is tremendous considering.
To find out more go to www.thejourney.com and look for New Beginnings – Cleanse.
This is a great way to start the New Year and both my husband and I are participating. Join us!
Warmly,
Coach Louise

a moment of gratitude
Great Rivers of Gratitude, from James O’Dea
Your body loves gratitude! Not a superficial “oh gee, thanks” but a
deep, heart-connected appreciation that carries love and acceptance
from a place of higher consciousness and well-being.
Your body loves it because it washes away the biochemistry of stress
and insufficiency and replaces it with the alchemy of flow and
emotional warmth. The resonance from gratefulness warms both the giver
and receiver; it generates a field of appreciation sometimes referred
to as limbic resonance. In the field of appreciation, we create a
healing and reviving antidote to psycho-toxins such as “I don’t have
time,” “I don’t have enough,” or “I am drained.”
Each trickle of gratitude blesses us with its affirmation that we have
all we need in consciousness itself to gather our strength and honor
life. Each stream of gratitude clears out the corrosive toxins of
stress and anxiety in your body and becomes a gift to yourself and to
others.
Now visualize great rivers of gratitude coming together as we turn
collectively to face the hour in which we live. “With all of its sham,
drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world,” wrote Max
Ehrmann. Even in the face of war, violence, and severe climate
imbalance, Christopher Fry declared, “Thank God that our time is now,
when wrong comes up to meet us everywhere.” We can be grateful that we
are here in this time of earth challenges with an unquenchable sense of
hope and with a steadfast belief in our human capacity to heal, to
renew and even to go beyond what seemed our most persistent
limitations.
So I say let the gratitude flow. We are ready for the challenges that
exist now and that lie ahead. Let these great rivers of our deepest
intention flow towards a polarized and distracted world and cleanse it
with the power of love. We come from all races, all creeds, all
socio-political backgrounds with one unifying feeling of gratitude for
life, for consciousness, and for a new evolutionary path forward. We
come with gratitude for every being that came before us. We have been
given an epic moment in the journey of life on earth to bring our
greatest scientific knowledge together with our deepest spiritual
insight to change the course of history. If you ever thought you were
insignificant, consider how you are now needed in this great shift. And
be grateful that you were given such a role and such a time to live in.
Thank you, thank you for what each one of you does to step up and to
raise the consciousness of the citizens of this world. Thank you for
feeding these great rivers, even in the face of wounding and denial.
Thank you for being you.

We can take responsibility for our emotional and physical healing
My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to help facilitate The Journey weekend in New Jersey this last weekend. What really first attracted us to help out was that Brandon herself (the founder) was doing the training! We had an amazing time. It reiterated to me how important it is to let everyone know that they can take charge of their own emotional and physical healing in a very powerful way. The extra big bonus is that if you are on your own spiritual journey, The Journey accelerates it and really creates a beautiful space for your own awakening. If you are interested in find out more look at www.thejourney.com The amount of stories I hear of people healing from emotional trauma to diseases that predict death, is amazing. Especially cancer! But so many other things too. We had the opportunity to hang out with Brandon, which was amazing. She is truly an inspiration. So I came back exhausted, but really wonderfully reconnected with my soul. I am now making a commitment to do more of the The Journeys workshops and support the initial weekend, because the effect on people’s lives (as well as my own) is amazing. I encourage you to check it out for yourself!

I couldn’t let this week go by without creating more awareness around Invisible Illness Week which is this

Invisible Illness Week
week!
I am a migraineur – diagnosed with cluster headaches/ occular migraine, and I truly do know what its like to live with chronic pain. I also know what it is like to live with something that isn’t always visible to others, and dealing with the fallout from that. With friends and work. I have realised that primarily it is important to educate others (they don’t know what you’re going through) and be kind and compassionate to yourself (it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks). Support yourself the best way you know how – if it means saying ‘no’ to be able to ‘yes’ to yourself then that is the appropriate choice. (I had a great interview on this subject on my radio show a couple of weeks ago with Christine Clifton, ‘Become an Energy Magnet’ -see link to show on side of page)
So I want to support and acknowledge all practitioners who support people in chronic pain – and let all of you with ‘invisible illnesses’ know how much I support and admire your courage and resolve in your lives. Take care of yourselves.
Warmly,
Coach Louise Crooks
