A show line-up like never before! All for ICF Coaching Month of February and Beyond!
I have been invited to contribute to ICF Coaching Month of February 2009. Well, it became a bigger project than I anticipated but I am going with the flow! I am so thrilled and excited about the wonderful line up of guests appearing on the show!
The program over this period is going to be dedicated to life and business coaches, who are new or growing their business. Most coaches are in this phase as it is still such a new industry. I am so grateful to be part of it! All the guests will have amazing knowledge, tips and skills to share, and you won’t want to miss the opportunity to interact with them.
We will have Michelle Schubnel, next week 26th Jan,on Monday at 7pm EST, owner and well known of Coach and Grow R.I.C.H. talking to us!
Then as we launch into February we will have the famous Marcia Wieder, America’s Dream Coach! She has even been on Oprah. And during the whole month, we will have coaches being interviewed before or after the main guest for the evening, who will interact with me, and the audience and continue the conversation with their learnings, observations, and awarenesses.

Marcia Wieder, America’s Dream Coach just wrote in her latest Dreamzine the following….
Exhale, Relax & Dream
Sit down and pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea. I have some refreshing and profound news to share with you.
While away on my recent Passion Quest, lo and behold, I discovered what I consider to be one of the great secrets of the universe. Take a deep breath in and here’s the important part. Let it out. Exhale.
The secret to greater joy and happiness is…to relax. I don’t mean that you need to go away on vacation to relax. You don’t need to get on a plane or even in your car. But you do need to travel to a different state. A state of relaxation. I’m talking about living your life in a greater state of relaxation.
Please do not underestimate the apparent simplicity of this wisdom.
When we’re up tight, worrying, concerned about the past and obsessing about the future, we are tense. Our bodies, brains and cells are all tight, constricted…literally uptight.
As we exhale and relax we actually can return to our more natural state of being, a higher vibration. From this place, we can access greater creativity and wisdom. From here, wisdom is available that isn’t when we’re tied in a knot or walking around as a bundle of nerves. From here we can flow and be in synch with the miracles of life.
And from here, you are connected to the state of divinity within. Our own divine nature is a state of openness that comes from relaxing.
As we relax and lift our burdens (and/or the burdens of others) we literally lighten up. This is what the masters mean when they talk about enlightenment. As we relax, our ego lessens and loosens its grip and what we’re left with is the gift of who we really are. From here, you will find greater clarity and self-confidence. As we lighten up our body and mind, so do we also lighten our heart and souls.
At a slower pace or a more natural rhythm, life and all of its glory, brilliance and miracles can catch up with you. Relaxing can take us into deeper faith. Faith is the gateway to the unknown and the unknown is the path to the Divine.
So exhale…and relax. See who you are in this altered state of relaxation. Explore how long you can actually stay here. Notice what thoughts and feelings you have from this place and enjoy tranquility.
Notice also, what your ego (and those other parts) have to say. As always, you can hear from them, acknowledge their needs, but remembering that they are simply parts of you and you won’t give them the power to hijack you.
If like me you’ve lived much of your life in doing mode and need to be accomplishing results to feel good about yourself, you may find the practice of relaxing to truly be a state of grace. From here, you will have extra for the people you love and for creating and pursuing new dreams.
So this holiday season, relax.
There is a lot of wisdom in these words! So remember to take time out for yourself, especially over the holidays, knowing that peace and happiness comes from within.

Today was a wonderful day. I decided not to participate as a vendor but just to wander around the expo talking to people in general. And I was lucky enough to have my Brazilian friend Daniela accompany me (she is a massage therapist and reiki practitioner). What I found was a bunch of amazing people, who were all so connected with their art, gift, or purpose. It really reminded me of why I feel so inspired to coach this genre of people. The connection I felt was deep and often from the soul. When I coach a holistic practitioner or coach, who is their business, who lives their life like this, the opportunity to release unrealised potential is enormous. Coaching people in the healing community, to become even better at what they do, so they can share it with more people, is becoming my life’s work. The reward is great for them and for me.
I found a couple of wonderful people, who will guest on my KTC radio show – a woman who runs drumming circle workshops, and another is heals by sound, Energy work is truly incredible. My peers Coach Dara and Gabrielle, were there, both specialising in Human Design - a fascinating exercise on revealing different aspects of yourself, through various modalities rolled into one. (can’t wait to try that out Dara!) Another peer, Chris Verde was there talking about MAT, his business of helping people recover the use of muscles – through stimulating blood flow to atrophied muscle. Fascinating work. The potential for healing was revealed in so many interesting ways, and showed differents paths as an option to integrate with conventional medicine, or as an alternative.
Whether you’re taking steps to drink juice made from the Acai Berry to improve health, or reviving muscle before resorting to irreversable surgery, the awareness that there are many options available to us is enormously valuable.
Congratulations to all the vendors at the Expo today, and a big one to Jill McCrane, who pulled off an amazing event. My feelings of gratitude and connection were overwhelming today as I walked out the doors, to return home.
